Meet The Team

As a SEND parent and diagnosed ADHD myself, I feel that it is vitally important for the students we support to have adults around them who are empathetic and understanding of the challenges they face daily, not just in terms of their education but day to day activities and routines.

Therefore, all members of the SEN-ED Kitchen team have first hand experience of SEND, whether that is as an individual who have been diagnosed with a neurodivergent condition themselves, or have a family member who does. All team members are also provided with training both internally and by outside agencies to support their knowledge and understanding of SEND and the challenges associated, so they are in the best possible position to support the students we work with.

We are currently a very small but mighty team. As the provision is growing we are slowly increasing our staffing team to continue to support our growing student numbers and all the background work which is in place to ensure their needs are met whilst attending the provision with us.
